Renishaw could save around €70,000 per year on electricity costs by using this solar power system instead of purchasing electricity from the grid.
This system generates around 452,344 kWh/yr of electricity annually.
By using this system Renishaw can reduce emissions by approximately 115 tonnes (or 115,257 kg) of CO2 per year.
The estimated yearly output of this system is equivalent to the energy needed to power around 115 homes in Ireland for a year.
